Blue Moon Evolution is now open! The next time you’re in Exeter, be sure to stop by and check it out. The place looks great – there’s lots of space, big farmhouse tables, a bar with comfortable seats and local beers. They still have the same great soups and sandwiches for lunch (and of course the salad bar). On the dinner menu, you’ll find locally sourced cheeses, meats, seafood and vegetables – I want to try the Boston Marrow Squash Bisque with Great Hill Bleu cheese! They’ve also dedicated a corner of the store for a “pantry” where you can find some staples, including local milk, bulk herbs, Maine oats, a few local vegetables (like kale from our farm) and other good stuff.
