FARM STORE LEAD
We are seeking an organized, motivated person with retail experience to join our team. If you love working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for local food, this might be the job for you! We are ready to train the right person to take a lead role in managing our lively seasonal Farm Store. Responsibilities include overseeing daily farm store operations, managing POS and online store systems, creating and maintaining product displays & signage, managing inventory, packaging products for sale, providing stellar customer service, supporting retail staff, product procurement, packing online orders, marketing content/social media, sharing sales reports with the team, and more. Some weekend shifts required. This is a full-time position starting in early May. Compensation commensurate with experience.

ASSISTANT GROWER
Come grow vegetables with us! We are looking for a team-oriented person who is motivated to take their vegetable growing skills to the next level. This full-time seasonal position is focused on production work, including field work such as transplanting, weeding, mulching, trellising, irrigation setup, mowing, etc. The role could also include shifts assisting with greenhouse and hoophouse tasks, harvesting, washing, and packing vegetables, customer service shifts in our farm store, and more. We are looking for someone who has at least one year of experience working on a vegetable farm, and is able to commit to work a full-time schedule for the whole season, starting in early May. Work schedule is 7am to 4pm. Some weekend shifts required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
