Fall harvest is happening! Truckloads of pie pumpkins and winter squash
are piling up in the barnyard, onions and shallots are curing in the
greenhouse, and herbs are hanging up to dry in the barn. We still have a
lot of potato digging ahead of us, and many beds of greens, cabbages,
broccoli, and root crops still growing out in the fields. There are 4
weeks left in the CSA season, and there’s still a great variety of food
to look forward to! Mark your calendars — The CSA runs through the
week of October 21st.
